For day-to-day banking and to access statements, please use Barclays’ digital channels - your online banking or your Barclays App – so we can support our most vulnerable clients and those most in need during these challenging times.

If possible, please do not send documents or cheques by post. Please send documents and make payments electronically. Please speak to your Barclays Private Banker or our client service centre staff if you have any questions about sending documents electronically. If you have sent instructions or cheques to us which have not been processed, please contact us urgently.
